Next, your custom client portal is made. You will find useful wedding planning items here along with your contract. A $1,000 retainer due at signing to secure your wedding date.

FAQs with Your Wedding Photographer in Sacramento

The pre-made wedding collections start at $5,000 for eight hours of consecutive wedding day coverage, however on average, couples invest $7,500 into either a wedding collection seen within the available guide or into a custom collection. Every wedding day is different and I want to honor that by allowing space for customization when needed because at the end of the day, every couple deserves beautiful wedding photos and a fulfilling experience.

I absolutely love traveling! If you’re having a wedding that requires travel, then count me in. I would be more than happy to chat details, put together a custom quote, and make your destination wedding photography dreams come true!

I’m always open to helping in any way that I can. However, you will receive a few documents in your client portal that to assist you already. I can also provide wedding planner, videographer, and all other vendor recommendations as needed.

Wedding galleries will be delivered a maximum of ten weeks after the event (excluding expedited galleries which are sent within six weeks). Engagement sessions and small wedding event photos are delivered within three weeks or less.

No RAW files will be provided. There’s a big difference between an unedited RAW file and an edited file. By delivering RAW files, my work would be incomplete and potentially seen as “ugly” without adding the beauty of my editing style (which is really part of what you have paid for).

I’m going to be honest with you — I’m not a Photoshop pro by any means. Standard editing includes cropping, color correcting, exposure adjustments, and minor spot removal. Any major alterations will be an additional cost.

I hear this question so often from clients. To overcome this, I use a combination of prompts and posing depending on which I feel provides more comfort. Prompts are used to help you loosen up and create interaction between those of you in front of my camera whereas posing is more specific direction on where to place your hands and such. Regardless, I aim for your candid and genuine personalities to shine through my work. You really aren’t that awkward — trust me.

Yes, I have plenty of great location recommendations for your session. I will gladly send over the link to my gallery for your review, share further details about each location (ie. parking, walking distance, best lighting, etc.) and answer any questions you may have. I also love shooting at new spots, so I’m always up to discuss a place you already have in mind.
